SPS Holo-Distance Gauging Device

(Spiritual Energy Positioning System)
 

A prototype holo-distance gauging device currently being tested.  Equipped with a scanning scope with an approximate radius of 100 meters.  The prototype model operates for only 25 minutes continuously, and the number of scan channels is still limited.

Scans for pre-programmed, specific spiritual energy by SE sonar.  Furthermore, the micro SE sonar is difficult to develop, thus expected to take some time before mass production.
 

Notes: This thing is awesome.  Sort of a computer in a bracelet, I wonder if it plays solitaire....

Apparently, Neil was supposed to have used something similar as a comm. unit during the time Aki was under, but it was a scene cut out.  I guess he was making a phone call or something, it was kind of a vague description.
